Sourdough Bread-Making Workshop:

Cupcake Decorating Workshop:

Where buttercream, creativity, and edible artistry come together.

Persian Tea Culture Experience

The full experience features an abundant, beautifully styled spread of Persian and Persian-inspired savory bites, sweets, accompaniments, and traditionally brewed tea. Cultural décor, elegant serving pieces, and thoughtfully curated details create an atmosphere that is as much a part of the experience as the food and tea themselves.

Throughout the gathering, guests are introduced to the traditions surrounding Persian tea—how it is brewed and served, its place in everyday life and celebrations, and the customs of welcoming guests around the Persian table. Cultural stories and traditions are woven naturally into the experience, creating something that is both beautiful and meaningful.

Curated Persian Tea & Masala Chai Services

-----------------------------------------------

For events that do not require the full Persian Tea Culture Experience, Persian Tea and Masala Chai services can be individually curated to complement your occasion.

The menu is highly customizable, allowing us to create anything from an elegant tea service with a selection of sweets or savory accompaniments to a more elaborate spread.

Presentation, menu selections, and service can be tailored to the size, style, and theme of your gathering.

Perfect for private celebrations, bridal and baby showers, celebratory gatherings, corporate and team events, cultural experiences, intimate parties, and special occasions, each experience is thoughtfully designed around the people gathering and the occasion being celebrated.

Whether you choose the full cultural experience or a customized tea or Masala Chai service, the intention remains the same: to create a beautiful table where food, culture, hospitality, and connection come together.

Sourdough Bread-Making Workshop

Learn to bake, sip, savor—and enjoy the experience of making sourdough together.

This hands-on sourdough workshop is about more than learning how to make bread. It is a relaxed and welcoming experience designed for you to learn, gather, enjoy delicious food and refreshments, and have a wonderful time along the way.

During this approximately three-hour workshop, we work through the essential steps of sourdough bread making together. You will learn how to maintain and use a sourdough starter, mix and develop your dough, understand fermentation, stretch and fold, shape, proof, score, and bake your own naturally leavened bread.

Rather than simply following a recipe, you will learn to understand what your dough is telling you so that you leave feeling confident enough to continue your sourdough journey at home.

And because this is not just another class, there is time to relax and enjoy the experience, too. Throughout the workshop, you will be treated to a selection of Sarvin's special sweet and savory bites and refreshments, including Persian tea. We will sip, eat, talk, laugh, get our hands in the dough, and learn together.

Each participant prepares their own dough to take home and bake the following day and receives sourdough starter, a starter jar with an elastic marker, and written instructions to help continue the process at home.

You will also receive access to a collection of Sarvin's instructional videos that you can return to whenever you need a refresher. The videos reinforce the essential techniques covered during the workshop and include additional tips, tricks, demonstrations, and practical guidance to help you troubleshoot and enjoy a more successful sourdough baking experience at home.

Come ready to learn something new, enjoy good food and good company, and discover the simple pleasure of creating a beautiful loaf of sourdough with your own hands.

Edible Art & Decorating Workshop

Create, sip, savor, and discover the joy of making something beautiful—and delicious.

This hands-on decorating experience is about much more than learning a new technique. It is a time to gather, create, enjoy delicious food and refreshments, and have fun together while discovering the art of transforming cakes and cupcakes into beautiful edible creations.

Depending on the theme of the workshop, participants may work with wafer paper, buttercream, piping techniques, decorating tools, and other artistic elements to create designs such as delicate wafer paper flowers, beach-themed cakelets, seasonal creations, celebration designs, and other edible art.

I demonstrate the techniques step by step and then guide you as you create your own designs. There is plenty of time to practice, experiment, ask questions, and simply enjoy the creative process. No previous decorating experience is necessary.

These workshops are designed to be approachable for beginners while offering techniques and inspiration you can continue exploring at home.

And because this is not just another decorating class, the experience extends beyond the decorating table.

While we create, you will be treated to a selection of Sarvin's special sweet and savory bites and refreshments, including Persian tea. We sip, eat, talk, laugh, create, and learn together—making the gathering itself as memorable as what you take home.

These experiences can also be customized around your occasion or theme, making them a unique choice for private gatherings, birthdays, bridal and baby showers, women's events, team-building experiences, celebrations, and special get-togethers.

At the end of the experience, you leave with your own handcrafted edible creations, new skills and inspiration, and, most importantly, memories of a wonderful time spent creating together.
