About Us
Meet Sarvin
Hi, I'm Dr. Sarvin Emami, founder and creative artist behind Amme Khanoom's Artables and Artables by Sarvin.
After more than two decades as an internist, I followed a lifelong passion for artistry, hospitality, and creating meaningful experiences.
Today I combine Persian heritage, fine artistry, and exceptional baking to create one-of-a-kind edible works of art that celebrate life's most treasured moments.
Whether I'm designing a bouquet of buttercream flowers, creating an elegant dessert table, teaching a decorating workshop, or hosting a traditional Persian tea gathering, my goal is always the same:
To bring people together through beauty, creativity, culture, and exceptional flavor.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, wedding, anniversary, bridal or baby shower, corporate event, or another special occasion, we create one-of-a-kind cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Our designs may feature handcrafted wafer paper flowers, intricate piped buttercream flowers, edible lace and fabric techniques, hand-sculpted edible details, and other couture-inspired artistic elements.

At this time, we offer a selection of gluten-free specialties but do not currently offer vegan or dairy-free products.
